🚗 We’re Looking for a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic – Come and Join Our Team! 🚗
We’re Pressbay Motors, a friendly, family-run garage in Enfield that’s been proudly looking after our customers (and their cars!) for over 40 years. We’ve got a brilliant, loyal team — some have been with us for decades — and we’re now looking for another great person to join the workshop.
If you’re an experienced Vehicle Technician or Mechanic who takes pride in your work and enjoys being part of a close-knit team, we’d love to meet you.
🧰 What you’ll be doing:
- Working on car and light commercial vehicle repairs, maintenance, servicing and diagnostics
- Jobs including clutches, cambelts/timing belts, engines, gearboxes and more
- Using your experience and know-how to keep our customers safely on the road

🕗 Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am – 5:30pm
1 Saturday morning a month (8am – 1pm)
You’ll need to be NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience — or will have around 6 years’ experience if you’ve trained up on the job — plus a full UK driving licence.
We’re not a big corporate — we’re a local, down-to-earth garage where everyone knows your name and mucking in together is just what we do.
